A worthwhile week of hard work went into improving drainage on the race trails and by all accounts it paid off judging by the lack of "bogginess". Yes a few puddles were to be encountered but given the amount of rain leading upto Sunday many riders were surprised at just how well all the trails were riding.

The 2012 Spring Series finished on a high at Porridgepot Hill which always makes for a fun course... if you like fast swooping descents, bombholes and steep climbs. The course was almost a reverse of previous years and included some of the classic trails used in the Army Cycling Union Are You Tough Enough Enduro to be held this year on the 15th July...
