Spring XC1 Results and Photographs - Can we beat the rain?

Can we beat the rain? No! Right on cue at 11.30am the heavens opened. The Veteran categories were treated to a rapidly changing course, from a dry first lap to an almost icy slick top on lap 2, and by lap 3 wet enough to become grippy(ish). Fortunately all the earlier races for the youngsters and Open had the best of the day. Does it stop us racing? Not at all. Thankyou for the great feedback on our Facebook, it certainly sounds like the course was well received. Expect a total mix up for Round 2, the course will be significantly different. That race is the 9 March following the third and final round of the Brass Monkey Series 16 February at Minley. Remember pre-entry only.
